This was our first rendezvous with Dried Kashmiri Blackberry. @kashmiriyat.store recently launched this and sent across a sampler to us. These were unlike anything we've had before. The texture is very similar to a prune, but firmer to bite. Dry yet miraculously succulent! Tarty, fruity, sweet, and characteristic to taste. We finished the packet in a blink of an eye. What?! #SuperQuick We spotted our favourite @myslyce at @ahmfarmersmarket a couple of weeks ago and took the opportunity to grab a box of their Ready-to-Cook Meal Kit. Esha's lunch, that Sunday, was Spicy Peanut Noodles and it blew our minds, how easy assembling that meal truly was! Fast forward to a couple of days ago when we got the Spicy Peanut Noodles Kit and Malfatti Kit. Malfatti is Spinach-Ricotta dumplings in a Tomato Sauce; such beautiful and subtle flavours! I ended up cooking them both because muscle-memory says - "Cook for 2, always!".... Only to realise that @eshashah12 wasn't home then.😐 So I ate it all; and skipped dinner. The meals are really easy to assemble, especially with the quantity of each ingredient, being meticulously packed. The liberty of having freshly-prepared food, alongwith the ease of zero-prep, truly adds value to the end result! Aliv / Halim / Aseliya / Garden Cress seeds are packed with nutrients covering a broad spectrum of benefits. How to make these? Soak Aliv Seeds in fresh coconut water for two hours. Take fresh grated coconut and jaggery in equal proportion and cook all three in a non-stick pan until it dries out. Cool the mixture and roll them in laddoos. Eat one daily!
