This simple and nutritious Gujarati snack has received a lot of cultural flak from the debauched non-foodloving people across the globe for the sound of its name.
The etmology of Muthiya comes from the action of rolling them into form in your palms, also known as 'muththi'. Made with Amaranth/Rajgira Leaves, this recipe is vanilla. You can substitute the Amaranth with any vegetable (finely chopped, or grated) and make a version of your own. It's a complete meal!
Saved in the highlights.
Do add aachar masala (methi no masalo). I did not have any is why I've added hing and chilli powder in marginally higher quantities.
