This is the 4th time in a row that We ve come to Dhoom Dhaam and had nothing but the Dilli ke Chache ke Chole think we re addicted to this preparation Due to ingredient quality we had stopped eating Chole anywhere except home until very recently when Maa s magic started making a mean Chole Bhatura is when our trust in humanity was reinstated The one at Dhoom Dhaam is superb and spicy alongwith the right amount of sourness and robustness of the masala mouth is watering just by typing its description It is served with malabari paratha we prefer Fulka as well The Chole is cooked extremely well unlike a lot of places that leave the chana al dente and end up overcooking the pasta instead We love the sharpness of the spice and sometimes end up asking for extra pickled green chillies which go well with this preparation A few more juliennes of ginger would ve tasted better Cheers n Happy Eatin
