With this recipe, you'll be making Boondis from scratch! You can also make Masala Boondis with this method. Simply switch the milk used in making the batter, to water and add salt. Once you fry them you can top it with Red Chilli powder! So it's two recipes in one!
The sweet boondi, if not formed into laddoos can be used in making cheesecakes, or as a side with icecreams, gulabjamuns. It's a multi-purpose sweet to be honest! I haven't added any color, is why they don't look like those in the shops, but they taste mind-blowing! The best, we've ever had.
