I usually make pudlas with the said batter, but last night I felt a tad fancy and decided to up the game a lil bit. Made these spherical appams in the Appe pan.
Not just because we had to use up an aging English carrot, but I frequently use grated carrot in my appams. Adds fibre to the otherwise dense batter, and also makes them soft to bite.
The batter is literally a 5-minute job work. The appam making might get time consuming. But we have ample of that to spare off-late, don't we? π
