Last night's dinner, at @rangeenrestaurant , was a gustatory delight! SOUTH INDIAN SINGODA This and the next dish were the stars of the meal. Innovative in their truest sense. Water Chestnuts tossed in gun powder with burnt garlic, curry leaves, and slit chillies made for a very fulfilling flavor palette. TURKISH TWIST The close second in the race of great appetizers! Bajrivada topped with Baba ganoush, another successful innovation, in my opinion. MASALA SOYA CHAAP The marination will almost fool you into believing that it could be otherwise! ITALIAN CRISPS A miniature version of pâté bruschetta. Topped off with the quintessential Italian flavours. Loved it! DHOKLA CHAAT Khaman fried to be crispy and dressed in the usual genius of a chaat! Delectable. SALI BHURJEE A vegetarian take on Sali par edu. This has spicy sali generously laid over a great tasting paneer bhurji. A good win for paneer lovers, for sure. PESTO UPSIDE DOWN Creamy and full flavored pesto with vegetables, topped with croutons. It’s a filling meal in itself. CHAKRI PANEER Paneer pinwheels served with chutney could be a save for paneer lovers but was not as exciting for me. SPAGHETTI CHEESE SLIDER There is something about this which was so wrong yet it felt so right. The blasphemous combination of cheesy spaghetti between a masala bun somehow was compelling enough for each one of us to finish their share. Maybe the generous butter and garlic felt bolstering. MASCARPONE DAHI KEBABS A little dry for my personal preference and hence entirely subjective. ALMOND POUND CAKE Warm and comforting slices of cake served with almond icecream made for a satisfying closure to a great meal. BLACK CURRANT MOJITO It is quite fancy with the popsicle inside of a drink. Was too sweet for my preference. To each his own. Cost for 4pax: ₹4200
