GUAVA TAN-A-TAN
A buttery puff pastry tart lined with guava slices served with guava caramel and red-chilli icecream. The non-sweetened chilli icecream was an amazing experience.
Our ecstasy had very little to do with the spiked gulabnut and more to do with the burst of flavours and simple experimentation to create such mind-boggling desserts.
