#GiveawayAlert A prelude to @prelude.ahm In April 2019, a twinkle eyed boy reached out to us for a chance at having a larger audience try his fun food trials. We loved the food and had the whole of Ahmedabad try out his Bajri Jowar Salad, Shrikhand Mousse, Thepla Tacos, Biryani at the Food Belt, Weekend Window. Raise your hands if you remember his food then! 😀 Cut to two years later, the same boy, who is also an IIHM graduate launched a suave restaurant in the city, to serve his freestyle food. The name of @futurechefrushi 's restaurant 'Prelude' may suggest it being a small event which sets the premise for a larger one, but don't be mistaken because in this case, @prelude.ahm is the opening act as well as the headliner. The ambience gushes past you with its pristine, neat and neutral interiors. The large windows on one side and a record-holding painting on the other, exude a very calming effect, especially with some good instrumental Italian music. Their food style focusses on building every dish, uniquely from the scratch. We are here to tell you about their food because only at a rare occurrence does our city gets blessed with a restaurant operated and reigned by an academically qualified Chef. And @futurechefrushi is striving to build new food and not just ape a trend.
