A few days ago @naturetherapyindia sent us their gorgeous Plum+Roses brew and cheekily challenged us to create something out of it as a part of their ongoing #NTChallenge
First up, the brew was fragrant and delicious, hence it only made sense to have it cold given the scorching heat. So we decided to make an ice-cream dolly!
What you see here is Vanilla Greek Yoghurt encased with honey laced Plum+Rose Brew alongwith a pinch of salt to ensure that the flavours come together. Black tea, peaches, roses, cherries, plums, and cacao nibs in the brew married the vanilla very well!
Ofcourse, since this is constructed at home and not in a factory, it may not look pristine, but the outcome is beyond our expectations! We are thrilled with this experiment.
